Als wir British Sea Power vor etlichen Jahren zum ersten Mal live gesehen haben, gaben sie noch die Vorband – eine Tatsache, die sich auch auf der darauffolgenden Tour nicht geändert hatte. Ebenfalls unverändert war aber auch, wie gut sie beim zweiten Auftritt als Supportact waren und in ihre jeweilige Hauptband an die Wand spielten – und die waren mit Interpol und Bloc Party nun wahrlich keine kleinen Lichter…

Im Herbst findet nun die Tour zu ihrem neuen Album „Valhalla Dancehall“ statt. Und in der Zwischenzeit sind British Sea Power natürlich selbst die Hauptband!
