With his latest tweet, clearly implying that a United States senator would trade sexual favors (!) for campaign cash, President Trump has shown he is not fit for office. Rock bottom is no impediment for a president who can always find room for a new low. A president who would all but call Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand a whore is not fit to clean the toilets in the Barack Obama Presidential Library or to shine the shoes of George W. Bush. (…) This isn’t about the policy differences we have with all presidents or our disappointment in some of their decisions. Obama and Bush both failed in many ways. They broke promises and told untruths, but the basic decency of each man was never in doubt. (USA Today)
Many saw disgusting „slut shaming“ in Trump’s words. A number of very angry Senators and many others have already attacked Trump’s tweet. As usual, Trump’s enablers reinterpret his tweetstorms but few accept this now.
Turns out that Gillibrand met Trump with Ivanka and no one there agrees with Trump’s disgusting allegations. Just more Trump „irresistible urges“? After his daily diet-that-isn’t (2 Big Macs, 2 Filet oFish, fries, large chocolate shake + 12 diet cokes), it is very understandable that his urges must be gas and poor digestion.
All of his outrageousness lends itself to his need to attack anyone he seems to stand in his way. He must attack. His inner compass doesn’t exist – only to attack triumphs. We’ve seen this so many times – attack, slash and burn.
Pressure mounts and many expect Trump to fire Mueller if he gets too close to Trump. Many in Congress have warned him against doing that. Would that stop our Clown? Many think it won’t.
